Vitamins C & E are both antioxidants.† Vitamin C is water soluble and Vitamin E is fat soluble. Vitamin E can also naturally be found on the outermost skin surface.

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble nutrient found in some foods. In the body, it acts as an antioxidant, helping to fight against free radicals.† Free radicals can cause oxidative stress which may lead to cell damage.

The body also needs Vitamin C to make collagen, a protein required to help the formation of connective tissue which forms the basis for vibrant skin.† In addition, Vitamin C helps promote skin health.†

Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide that is naturally found in the body, deep within the layers of the skin known as the dermis. Levels of hyaluronic acid in the skin may decrease with age.

Argan oil is pressed from the Argania spinosa nut of the Argan tree, native to Morocco. While the oil is edible, it is much more widely recognized for its cosmetic purposes. Argan Oil also contains some fatty acids and as a cosmetic, it can be applied directly to hydrate and nourish the hair and skin.
